Jet Ski Rules and Restrictions:

1. Identification and Payment: You must bring a valid ID and the credit card used for booking to rent jet skis.
2. Age Requirement: Operators must be at least 18 years old.
3. Passenger Limit: Each jet ski can carry a maximum of two people. The passenger must ride on the back and be able to hold onto the driver.
4. Riding Duration: Due to the designated riding area, riders cannot switch places during the ride. Once you go out, you stay out for the full hour.
5. Swimming Ability: All riders must be able to swim and be physically fit to operate the jet ski and climb back on if they fall off.
6. Sobriety: All operators must agree not to be under the influence of any mind-altering drugs or alcohol, including marijuana.

Operators Must Also Agree To:

• No Electronics: No cell phones, cameras, or electronic devices are allowed on the jet skis.
• Speed and Wake Restrictions: No throttle or wake is allowed in the channel.
• Designated Area: Operate the jet ski only in the designated riding area.
• Safe Distance: Maintain a distance of at least 200 feet from other vessels, jet skis, or people.
• No Wake Jumping: Jumping the wake of any water vehicles or vessels is illegal in the state of Connecticut.
